Some of our challenges are operated exclusively in aid of one particular charity, but where you see the words “in aid of any charity”, you can raise funds for any cause that you feel passionate about, as long as they are a UK or Irish registered charity, and they authorise you to fundraise in their name.
We will help to get the authorisation for you to fundraise, so choose from one of the many charities on our database, or if you don’t find them listed, you can give us some contact details when you book and we’ll get in touch with them about becoming a charity partner.
Please type in the name (or part of the name) of the charity below in the ‘search term’ field below. If the name is a direct match, it will appear at the top of the results list. i.e. if you type Cancer, Cancer UK will appear towards the top of the results, British Cancer UK will appear lower down, and The UK Foundation of Lung Cancer Charities will appear even further down. So please try the exact match for the first few words to make it easier to find your charity. If you type a search term that is not in the name of the charity, but is in the description about the charity, it will appear after all of the above named results.

We work in the challenging but extraordinary landscape of northern Tanzania, from Kilimanjaro to the Kenyan border. Here, ancestral lands are grabbed for luxury wildlife tourism and private game hunting. Here, human rights are routinely violated. Maasai society is one of the most patriarchal societies on earth. In Maasai culture, negative traditional attitudes towards women and girls are inherent and widespread. If you’re a girl born into a traditional Maasai family, you will endure extreme gender inequality at every stage of life. You will undergo female genital mutilation. You will be denied the right to go to school. The right to choose when and whom to marry. The right to use contraception and access healthcare. The right to earn an income and inherit property or land. The right to have a say in decision-making. You will be one of the poorest, most vulnerable and disenfranchised people on earth. Our key areas of focus are women’s economic empowerment; girls’ education; land rights and HIV/AIDS and sexual and reproductive health. We concentrate our efforts on those pastoralists who endure the most dire inequalities; hard-to-reach individuals who are excluded and stigmatised not only by the State but by their own communities. Our work is empowering women and reducing gender inequality in Tanzania.

Age UK is the new force combining Age Concern and Help the Aged We believe that age needs respect. It needs kindness. Sometimes it needs help. Too many people experience difficulties as they age. We cannot promise everyone good health, but we will fight for good care for all of us. Where we find loneliness, we will reach out. When age becomes a burden, we will try to lighten the load. Age UK will campaign. We will fundraise. We will research. We will make the powers that be listen. We will do all this to make life better for older people here and abroad. Age UK is for all of us, because age is a part of life.

Established in 2003 by Imam Qasim Rashid Ahmad, Al-Khair Foundation began as a school and has steadily grown into one of the most successful Muslim charities in the United Kingdom. Today we work in countries across Asia, Africa, Europe and the Middle East, alleviating the suffering of vulnerable people and communities. Alexander Devine Children's Hospice Service is a local charity that provides specialist care and vital support to babies, children, and young people with life-limiting and life-threatening conditions, and their families, across Berkshire and into surrounding counties. Our children's hospice service is free of charge for families, but it costs over £3 million a year just to maintain our current level of care. With very minimal government funding, our charity is almost entirely reliant on donations, fundraising and gifts in Wills to meet the costs of running our service. This means every penny donated makes a huge difference to those we support. We currently support over 200 children and their families, but we are committed to growing our service and reaching out to every child and family that needs us. In Berkshire alone, we know that there are an estimated 1,371 children with life-limiting conditions. Research shows that this number will increase by at least a further 11% by 2030.
