Adult Cerebral Palsy Hub is a charity founded to represent the needs of adults living with Cerebral Palsy (“CP”) in the UK.

We are the charitable foundation of the Advanta Group and are a Scottish registered charity. We are a grant making foundation who raise and donate money to a wide range of children's charities in the UK and overseas. Examples include; Rockinghorse, Scotties Little Soldiers, Starfish Greathearts, Compassion UK, CHAS, YMCA Plymouth, Wet Wheels, RUDA Tanzania, Dallaglio Rugby Works, Oasis, Teenage Cancer Trust. 2025 is our 20th anniversary year and have raised over £1 million to date spread amongst circa 60 charities and community groups. All costs of fundraising are very generously paid by the Advanta Group allowing all donations to be paid straight to charities without any deduction for overheads. The foundation is run on a voluntary basis, there are no paid members of staff.

Adventure Therapy exists to improve the emotional wellbeing of children and adults with unique health conditions, impairments or limitations, through outdoor activities and adventure-led pursuits. Our range of activities build self-confidence and develop skills and abilities, through individual and group sessions, team work and leadership. The therapeutic benefits of outdoor pursuits and adventure can motivate, improve vitality, aid rehabilitation and help to build treasured memories for our clients and their families.

Sudden Cardiac Arrest kills approximately 100,000 people a year in the UK. AEDdonate is committed to improving survival from out of hospital cardiac arrests, supporting the placement and use of Automated External Defibrillators (AED) to local communities. We achieve this by giving communities the opportunity to fundraise or purchase an AED which can then be registered with your local Ambulance Trust for use in an Emergency. This will help protect communities from the UK’s biggest killer, Sudden Cardiac Arrest (SCA).

Our key areas of focus are women’s economic empowerment; girls’ education; land rights and HIV/AIDS and sexual and reproductive health. We concentrate our efforts on those pastoralists who endure the most dire inequalities; hard-to-reach individuals who are excluded and stigmatised not only by the State but by their own communities. Our work is empowering women and reducing gender inequality in Tanzania.

AfriKids is an award winning Child Rights Organisation which works alongside indigenous communities in Northern Ghana to improve the lives of their most vulnerable children and communities as a whole.

Against Breast Cancer is a registered charity which funds unique research into secondary spread breast cancer. Our aim is to find vital information to increase survival after diagnosis and ultimately to discover a vaccine against breast cancer.

We aim to improve the quality of life for the 450,000 children we see each year and ensure that Alder Hey's pioneering work can continue. Alex TLC is a trusted and experienced organisation offering support and information for all those affected by a genetic leukodystrophy. Formerly ALD Life, an internationally recognised centre of excellence for people affected by adrenoleukodystrophy and adrenomyeloneuropathy, the charity was established in 2004. Due to popular demand, we extended our services to support all leukodystrophies in 2019 and became Alex, The Leukodystrophy Charity.

Alexander Devine Children's Hospice Service is a local charity that provides specialist care and vital support to babies, children, and young people with life-limiting and life-threatening conditions, and their families, across Berkshire and into surrounding counties. Our children's hospice service is free of charge for families, but it costs over £3 million a year just to maintain our current level of care. With very minimal government funding, our charity is almost entirely reliant on donations, fundraising and gifts in Wills to meet the costs of running our service. This means every penny donated makes a huge difference to those we support. We currently support over 200 children and their families, but we are committed to growing our service and reaching out to every child and family that needs us. In Berkshire alone, we know that there are an estimated 1,371 children with life-limiting conditions. Research shows that this number will increase by at least a further 11% by 2030.
